OUR TEAM
Meet our Executive Director
Aimee Terravechia has a diverse professional background that spans sectors and industries. Most recently, she’s worked as a fundraiser at two prominent NH-based non-profit organizations fostering financial support and community partnerships. Aimee credits her mother for nurturing a deep sense of political engagement from an early age - encouraging curiosity and discourse where no topic was off-limits at the kitchen table. With her mother, she attended her first protest in middle school, learned about the power of political action first-hand, and hasn’t stopped being a vocal advocate for the issues that matter to her. In her adult life, Aimee has worked as a journalist, covering local and political issues affecting the lives of granite staters, served on government committees and non-profit boards, and continued to serve her communities through organizing and action. She brings a wealth of experience as a business owner, a fundraiser, and a leader. As a queer woman and a NH native who cares deeply about her community, she’s excited to advocate for policy that will make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the Granite State.
Our Board
Bill B
Bill Blum they/them. Bill operates with a human first leadership style that was adopted from over ten years of management experience in the for-profit business world. Bill brings forward lessons learned in prior roles that were instrumental in growing teams, people, and processes in small business as well as volunteering in various roles in both professional organizations and non-profit spaces for well over 20 years.
After coming out as non-binary, Bill became an advocate for both themselves and for the Pride Community. At the same time, Bill started a Handyperson Business on the Seacoast and more importantly, became involved in the process that eventually led to the original filling with the State as an Organization. Since signing the first check, Bill has been committed to help build 603 Equality into the organization that is needed in New Hampshire to advocate for the Pride Community in ways that other orgs are unable to do so.
Chairperson (They/Them)
Pasha R.
Pasha Roberts (any/all pronouns) thought they retired from a career as an entrepreneur in software, visualization, and data science. But this political moment has called them back to daily involvement with 603 Equality.
They’ve been involved in queer and gay liberation since before there were pride flags. Their involvement has evolved through many phases starting with these early communities, SA Survivor advocacy, then more recently, Intersex community building and education. These elements all come together now into our current movement, valuing raw experience and expression as we create change.
Pasha also brings a deep background in business, accounting, finance, technology, and organizational growth. They are pleased to do what it takes to grow 603 Equality into a force for good in New Hampshire. Along with financial and technical infrastructure, Pasha works to organize 603's Storytelling and De-Escalation programs.
