Our Team
Meet our Executive Director
Aimee Terravechia is a writer, activist, and fundraiser who joined 603 Equality as the Executive Director in December 2025. Her professional background and personal values have prepared her for this moment. Aimee credits her mother for nurturing a deep sense of political engagement from an early age - encouraging curiosity and discourse where no topic was off-limits at the kitchen table. As a queer woman who cares deeply about her community, she feels called to this important work, advocating for policy that will make meaningful and positive impact in the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the Granite State.
Our Board
Bill B
Bill Blum they/them. Bill operates with a human first leadership style that was adopted from over ten years of management experience in the for-profit business world. Bill brings forward lessons learned in prior roles that were instrumental in growing teams, people, and processes in small business as well as volunteering in various roles in both professional organizations and non-profit spaces for well over 20 years.
After coming out as non-binary, Bill became an advocate for both themselves and for the Pride Community. At the same time, Bill started a Handyperson Business on the Seacoast and more importantly, became involved in the process that eventually led to the original filling with the State as an Organization. Since signing the first check, Bill has been committed to help build 603 Equality into the organization that is needed in New Hampshire to advocate for the Pride Community in ways that other orgs are unable to do so.
Chairperson (They/Them)
Pasha R.
Pasha Roberts (any/all pronouns) thought they retired from a career as an entrepreneur in software, visualization, and data science. But this political moment has called them back to daily involvement with 603 Equality.
They’ve been involved in queer and gay liberation since before there were pride flags. Their involvement has evolved through many phases starting with these early communities, SA Survivor advocacy, then more recently, Intersex community building and education. These elements all come together now into our current movement, valuing raw experience and expression as we create change.
Pasha also brings a deep background in business, accounting, finance, technology, and organizational growth. They are pleased to do what it takes to grow 603 Equality into a force for good in New Hampshire. Along with financial and technical infrastructure, Pasha works to organize 603's Storytelling and De-Escalation programs.

(She/Her)Scott P
Scott P. (he/him) is excited to join the 603 Equality team! After watching the attacks on trans rights escalate year after year, he was eager to get involved. Originally drawn by legislative calls to action, he is honored to have the opportunity to support all of 603 Equality’s advocacy works.
As a transgender man himself, Scott is driven to work towards a world where all transgender and gender non-conforming folks are seen, are safe, and are loved by their communities.
New to the non-profit space, Scott has enthusiasm to learn how to make a positive impact for NH’s LGBTQ+ communities and the work ethic to help make it happen.
Day-to-day, Scott is an apprentice woodworker and enjoys fantasy novels, puzzles, playing Ultimate frisbee, and spending time with his dog, Pemi.
(he/him)Chris M.
Chris Morse (he/him/any) is delighted to be a part of promoting equality and rights in his home state. As an educator and scientist, he hopes to bring some of those perspectives to the work of 603 Equality. Deep down inside he loves to share his talents for building community with trivia events, enigmatic activities, puzzle hunts with all. His goals and wishes are to use this skill to improve and grow all those supported and affected by the work of 603 Equality.

Cate T
Cate Tidd joined the board of 603 Equality bringing both lived experience and professional expertise to the organization's mission. A trans woman who came out and transitioned in her late forties, Cate is open about her story and speaks regularly at LGBTQ+ events across New Hampshire. She grew up in a large family in the region and understands firsthand how much it matters to build community and find belonging, especially for people navigating who they are later in life.
Professionally, Cate spent more than twenty years in product development, operations, and program management, working with B2B software companies to build systems and run programs that actually function under pressure. She brings that same operational eye to the board. She is also a published fantasy author whose work explores identity, transformation, and what it costs to become who you really are.
On the board, Cate is committed to ensuring 603 Equality is a place where people across the LGBTQ+ community feel seen and supported. She believes that the work of equality is built one relationship and one hard-won conversation at a time, and she's grateful to be part of an organization doing exactly that.
