In New Hampshire, we’re experiencing repeated attacks against bodily autonomy, safety, and identity. Legislators are repeatedly drafting discriminatory policies that have real-world consequences for the lives of Granite Staters. On Friday, February 20th, we have an astounding 4 new proposed bathroom bills, and an alarming proposed piece of legislation that seeks to strike the phrase “gender identity” from state statutes—opening doors for further discrimination and weakening protections for people throughout the state.
It’s time to tell our legislators that we won’t stand for discriminatory policies. Join us in visibility at 1 Granite Place at noon on Friday, February 20th. We’ll be standing in support of the LGBTQ community, and standing in opposition to hate + discrimination that policies like HB 1564 breed.
